Mr. Buddy Winborne

Greetings from the faculty and staff of Elbert County Comprehensive High School! We hope that your summer has been filled with rest, fun, and great memories with your loved ones. It is truly my pleasure to welcome you back for the 2025-2026 school year.

At Elbert County Comprehensive High School, we are committed to providing a high-quality education for “every student, every day”. Our team has been preparing all summer to ensure a strong and successful school year. We've welcomed several new teachers to our faculty who will bring fresh ideas and energy to our already talented staff. Together, we will work to help every student grow—academically, socially, and personally.

As principal, it is my honor to serve this community and work alongside such an outstanding group of educators, students, and families. We will continue to push our students to do their best in the classroom, in the arts, on the field, and in our many extracurricular programs. We believe in building strong character, promoting respect and responsibility, and helping every student discover their unique talents to aid in accomplishing their goals.

While we will give our best each day, we know that a student’s effort is the key to success—and your support plays a vital role. Please stay connected with your child’s teachers and don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Communication between home and school makes a big difference.

Let’s make this a year of growth, achievement, and great memories. I’m excited to partner with you as we continue the proud traditions of Big Blue. My door is always open, and I am here to serve you.

Here’s to a great school year!

Mrs. Kim Fuller

As CTAE Director, it is always exciting to start a new year with our programs and students!  My educational background includes being a ECCHS graduate and then moving on to postsecondary with a BSED in Business Education from UGA, a MSED from Troy State University in Business Education, and then a Specialist in Leadership from Clemson University.  I feel honored to have served ECCHS as a teacher, Work Based Learning Director, and then as AP/CTAE Director for the past 34 years years. My goal is always to work with and support our CTAE instructors to find funding, organize structures, and provide our students with the most relevant learning for our community needs. As well, I want to always keep opportunities open and partnerships with our Elbert County business community for all our students as they transition to leave our building to being "Employed, Enlisted, or Enrolled".  #CTAEProud
